My #1 goal with this blog is to have fun. When I started reading other food blogs I found it so exciting to prepare fun recipes, take great photos of them, and then share them with others…so I wanted to do the same.

For over 10 years now I have been focused on living more consciously and a large part of that for me is to be conscious in the kitchen. I am a vegetarian with vegan tendencies, and have found that I feel better when I eat a gluten-free diet. I try my best to eat well because I have found that when I eat consciously, I feel really good! I will be happy to share this approach with you.
